Congrats in completing your marathon!
I know you can run very fast, if there's any fire at my house, please don't run away but save your 50 yrs old friends first.
Hello Guan Huat,
I not busybody ok! After all your inspiration talk about running, I have already started, but need to build up slowly because I am asthmatic, so dangerous to go from walking to marathon. Still go to work to feed my family man!
One way out is for you to hire me as advisor of your 1000 strong member running club. I am cheap, so anything five figure/month will do.
C U tonight.

Guan Huat,
Congrats to you and Wong Hoo on your run. We are proud of your stamina and resolution to keep fit and keep going...
Most of us will just be happy to stay alive and keep walking, like Johnny Walker...
When I was 18, SAF deemed that I was PES C because of my 800 degree eyesight from watching too much TV. After BMT at Tekong, I kena upgraded and sent to SISL at SAFTI, while my other friends became switch off clerks and storemen. I decided that I needed to switch off for the rest of my 2 years and applied to PTI course and you guess what? I survived the grueling 4 months training and passed! 12km fullpack and 2 person log PT up Pengkang Hill, and swim 100m in full SBO.
So now 32 year later, I don't think I need to prove myself anymore lah, just grow old gracefully and be good kong kong to my children's kids, after traveling the world again.
