Kim Chuan was given a surprise early birthday celebration. We made do with the cakes available at the restaurant which happened to be two 'heart' shaped Mother's Day Cakes. Sorry, Kim Chuan for our unpreparedness. Will try to do better next time !
The birthday man had to make sure everyone has a fair share of the cake.
Freddy,Bala, Leong Keong and Seezer had to leave early and then there were 13 left. Sien Chi's wife, Shu Jen was the photographer. She is the one in red blouse in the second photo above.
The group left the restaurant at about 9.30 pm because the restaurant was closing for the day. Otherwise we would have stayed longer to chat. We haven't had enough and hope to catch up again, hopefully with more of our friends turning up the next time. We really had a pleasant evening together. Thanks, Janet for organising.

As Ai Lay said, we would have stayed longer if not for the fact that the restuarant is closing for the day.
